EXPORT-IMPORT OF VOUCHER

FROM ONE COMPANY TO OTHER COMPANY

It is also like as exportation of ledgers, in it we send voucher data from one to other company.

Its steps are following—

1.     Open Raman Company and do voucher entries as our requirement(as example we do following voucher entries).

Path-G.O.T. (gateway of tally) -->Accounting voucher-->F5.

Path-G.O.T. (gateway of tally) -->Accounting voucher-->F5.

Path-G.O.T. (gateway of tally) --Accounting voucher-->F6.

Step to export voucher

For export voucher open display daybook and press (Alt + E).

On pressing (Alt + E) ‘exporting daybook box’ will be open as following-

By pressing esc key we can edit it, renamed it and select format in which we want to send it –

We select “XML” format for export it to other company.

Suppose we named it ‘voucher.xml’in this name ".xml" refers its format.

It is very important to remember its name, if we forgot its name then we cannot import it from any company.

Steps to import

We select Rohan Company and import data in it as follows-

    1.     Select “import data” from Gateway of Tally menu.

   2.     Select “Vouchers” from it then following box will be appearing on screen. Rename it and enter our data will be imported.

   3.     To see imported vouchers we open daybook as following path-
